Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-10-16
These terms cover your use of A Bit Better. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service is
A Bit Better is a private nutrition and habit tracker. Most meals and workouts are logged by AI assistants you connect, or by Hevy, and you can also log manually. It is a personal tracking tool, not a service run for anyone else.
Your account and data
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. The data you enter belongs to you. How we collect and handle it, and how to have it deleted, is described in the privacy policy and on the data deletion page.
Connecting AI assistants
You decide which assistants can access your data. When you connect one, you approve what it may read and write. Every change an assistant makes is recorded in an audit log. You can revoke an assistant at any time in You → Assistants. An assistant provider handles the data it receives under its own policy and terms, not ours.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to get into other people’s accounts or data, to disrupt the service for others, or to get around its security. Only connect assistants you trust.
Not medical advice
A Bit Better is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Targets, scores and insights are general tracking aids. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, activity or medication, especially if you have a medical condition.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that every number in it is exact. Nutrition values come from the sources the app shows and may be incomplete, so check anything important. We may change or remove features, and we will try to tell you in advance about significant changes.
